Uh, yeah.
UM...OF COURSE - EVERY NOW AND THEN ;)! I love to check my counter to see how many people have visited! I've gotten a thousand since I added it sometime in January! Holla!
Oh, hell yeah. I'm on my site many times each day. As for reading other's sites, however, I use a blog reader....so I never click to my blogroll sites from mine. I read you all through Bloglines! It tells me when you've posted without me having to go see your site.
Word yes! What does it take to get someone to leave a comment!? They do it all the time on other sites, but on mine it's crickets chirping. CRICKETS! lol
