S: at least some fish oils; to get the good cholesterol up. what about avacados, you like avacados...
CG: yeah, i do. i told you yesterday that i almost bought one.
S: mmm-hmmm. but, see, it doesn't work unless you actually do buy it and then eat it.

Listen here big boy, actually go and buy one or two a week and eat them, would you please? Also add oatmeal and grape juice and almonds to your diet. Along with fish oil capsules (which I take two of every single day). I had the same trouble....and now have mine lowered! (The cholesterol, that is.) And once you've had a heart attack, it's no laughing matter.
Do what Lewis says. really, do it. He gets angry. And you won't like him when he's angry....(although I do ;-) tee hee)
But isn't weight watchers forcing you to eat healthier anyway?
this shouldn't be a big issue as you've been doing weight watchers for months.
somehow...despite being on WW my cholesterol is high.
