it went well, the girl we met with gave us alot of options for our album style and was very general when it came down to "package deals". after she showed us some samples and we toured the studio to see the different backdrops, we hunkered down to talk of the sordid topic of price: $3000 for an unlimited number of photos, our album, 6 mini books (for our parents and witnesses), and Thank You cards. is that a good deal? i have no idea. this definitely falls outside my realm of experience. it sounds like a lot of money, but photographers are

we have another appointment with another studio on the 14th. i'm not sure how i feel about them though. my gut is giving me warnings based solely on the call i made to make the appointment. the receptionist was kinda blase, but there was a noticeable pause when i mentioned my fiance's name is Stephen. i expected that. when she asked which church the ceremony was being held at, i laughed and told her that we couldn't get married in a church. she didn't seem to find it funny. i dunno, maybe i'm just overly sensitive. probably. that's just the way i am.
